Presto Drycleaners operates a complex logistics network serving Singapore for over 25 years. Their pickup and delivery operations were constrained by manual scheduling, phone-based coordination, and fragmented systems that couldn't scale with growing demand.
We built the complete operational infrastructure: a driver management system handling complex scheduling across zones and time slots, mobile apps for drivers and customers, and POS integration ensuring 100% order traceability from pickup to delivery.
