Lexupay: From Zero to the First Product-Market-Fit Iteration
Built Lexupay’s first product-market-fit iteration from the ground up, translating a payment product concept into a working platform for early market learning.

Project Overview
We built the first iteration of Lexupay from the ground up. The brief was to turn a payment product concept into a working platform that the team could put in front of early users and develop toward product-market fit.
Our focus was the initial product foundation: connecting the core payment workflows, making the platform usable, and creating a base for iteration. This case study describes Majin’s early product contribution; Lexupay continues to evolve beyond that first iteration.
