Web + Mobile Bespoke Solution: Enabling Business for the Modern Era
How we built operational infrastructure for SMEs - from Stor.work retail management to Presto Drycleaners driver logistics systems.

Featured Projects
Small and medium enterprises need operational infrastructure that matches their workflows, not enterprise systems scaled down. Through our work building Stor.work and the Presto Drycleaners platform, we've developed approaches for building infrastructure that powers real SME operations - systems built around how these businesses actually work.
The SME Digital Dilemma
Before diving into specific projects, let's understand the challenge. SMEs typically face:
- Budget constraints that rule out off-the-shelf enterprise solutions
- Legacy systems that can't simply be replaced overnight
- Staff with varying technical abilities who need intuitive interfaces
- Unique workflows that generic software can't accommodate
Stor.work: POS Reimagined
Stor.work started as an internal project to address gaps we saw in the retail management market. We built a complete retail management platform with Point of Sale, Inventory Management, Customer Management, Analytics Dashboard, and Multi-Location Support.
Key Innovation: Offline-First
Retail can't stop when the internet does. We implemented a sophisticated offline-first architecture where all critical operations work offline, data syncs automatically when connectivity returns, and local-first performance means instant responsiveness.
Presto Drycleaners: Complete Digital Ecosystem
Presto Drycleaners has served Singapore for over 25 years. The web-based driver management solution handles booking management based on postal code zones, dynamic time slot availability, driver assignment optimization, and external POS system synchronization.
Mobile Applications
Driver Mobile App
Drivers can view daily booking schedules by time slot, create walk-in bookings, use barcode scanning for item tracking, and update statuses. The app doubles as a quality control tool for defect reporting.
Customer Mobile App
The customer-facing app brings convenience with easy booking, real-time tracking, payment integration, order history, and push notifications.
Key Takeaways for SME Digital Transformation
- Start with Workflow, Not Technology — Understanding how staff actually work is essential before writing any code.
- Build for the Least Technical User — If the least technical staff member can use the system confidently, everyone can.
- Plan for Integration — API-first design makes future integration possible.
- Invest in Reliability — Offline-first design and proper error handling are not optional.
The future of SME technology isn't about scaling down enterprise solutions—it's about building up from real operational needs.
